SHIPPING POLICY:

We at MONKSTORY know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-3 business days within India and 5-7 days for the rest of the world

Free shipping on prepaid orders. for all orders across India 

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order or product is cancelled, damaged, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY - INDIA

At Monkstory, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right—whether it’s the size, fit, or style—we’re happy to make it right. You can request an exchange or store credit refund within 7 days of delivery

💛 What You Need to Know:

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories.

• Your first exchange is free. For any additional exchanges for the same order, a nominal fee of ₹200 will be charged.

• We offer store credit refunds that can be used anytime on monkstory.com.

🚫 Items Bought Under Clearance Sale:

Items purchased under Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return, unless the item received is damaged or defective.
We recommend double-checking your selections before placing orders during these offers.

🔁 When Returning a Product:

• Once we receive your item, it goes through a quick quality check.

• If it passes, we’ll issue your store credit refund or process the exchange.

• If it doesn’t meet the return criteria, the product will be sent back to you, and a return shipping fee will be applicable.

We are a growing sensational brand and we want Monkstory to reach as many feet as possible. Hence we provide

Note: In case of Returns, we offer only store credit refunds. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will provide a credit note or exchange

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size , color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
