We at MONKSTORY know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-3 business days within India and 5-7 days for the rest of the world

Free shipping on prepaid orders. for all orders across India 

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order or product is cancelled, damaged, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

Monkstory's  returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reached back to our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to Rs 200 deduction and a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

• Free credit note refunds which can be redeemed anytime on our website by purchasing any other product anytime. 

Products purchased under any promotion or sale: 

Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer is eligible for an exchange or refund via store credit but will incur a minimum charge of Rs 200 for the reverse pick up service the company provides. In case you would love to ship to us there would be no charges.

Note: In case of Returns, we offer only store credit refunds. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will provide a credit note or exchange

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size , color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Products that come under other accessories: 

Please note that no returns or exchanges will be issued for small accessories, such as socks and card holders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This policy applies regardless of the condition or use of the item. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase of small accessories before finalizing their order. For any other products not listed in this category, our standard return and exchange policy applies
